1. Google launches spreadsheet application
2. Google Docs is made available to Google Apps users
3. Google Docs officially comes out of Beta and is available to all Google account members
4. Google announces they will allow any file type
5. Google Docs allows multiple user collaboration

I understand that this S Curve is based on the growth and development of Google Docs and not on the actual increase of percent of innovation (or adopters). However, I could not find data supporting the growth of adoption for Google Docs. We can assume, however, as these new features were added, more people found use in Google Docs. Currently, Google docs is the most frequently used cloud productivity suite. Its biggest competitor is Microsoft who recently released its cloud-based productivity suite office 365. The curve has not matured or steadied because, although Google Docs has been around for some time, it is getting a lot more attention as the cloud becomes more popular. Also, Google updates Docs frequently allowing new features.
